Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer for Large Flow Industrial VOC Waste Gas Treatment

Description

Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) is high-efficiency purification equipment specially applied to large-flow industrial VOC waste gas from chemical, coating, printing and plastic industries. It adopts ceramic regenerative media to recover combustion heat, with heat recovery efficiency up to 95%. The internal temperature maintains 760–850℃ to fully oxidize organic pollutants into carbon dioxide and water vapor, and the VOC removal efficiency exceeds 99%.

The equipment adopts multi-chamber switching structure for continuous exhaust treatment. Equipped with PLC full automatic control system, it supports 24-hour unattended operation, fitted with explosion-proof valves, over-temperature and over-pressure interlock protection to guarantee safe operation.

The shell can select anti-corrosion carbon steel or 304 stainless steel. It can be used separately or matched with zeolite rotor concentrator to treat low-concentration and large-air-volume waste gas. Various air volume specifications are available, and internal structure and heating power can be customized according to actual working conditions.
